The Covid 19 virus (AKA Coronavirus) has the world’s greatest concern over the past few weeks and the consequences are dangerous. In order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, it is essential for everyone to take serious precautions and maintain communication with medical professionals and your loved ones. The key is to do your best to minimize exposure, for the time being, is to stay home and avoid outside contact. On Wednesday, April 1st, Governor Desantis issued a statewide shelter in place order.
So, what exactly should you do in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus? Its quite simple: wash your hand as often as possible and avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth, etc. Try to order as much as possible to be delivered and only go to the store when it is absolutely necessary. Do your best to eat as healthy as possible; there are many resources on the internet that can help you do so. Go outside and be active; take a walk, throw the ball with your kids, take a bike ride, etc.
